Russell J. Green, M.S., M.D., C.I.M.E.

Dr. Green practices occupational medicine and performs independent medical evaluations. He was designated by the FAA as an Aviation Medical Examiner in 1999 and named a senior Aviation Medical Examiner in 2012. As a college student he was a draftsman and discovered the importance of biomechanics and ergonomics. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He completed his pediatrics residency in New Zealand. He and his family moved to New Zealand where he was a practicing board-certified family physician for 13 years in a rural community. He embarked on formal occupational medicine training in New Zealand. He and his family returned to the United States in 1991 to pursue full-time occupational health. After completing training requirements, Dr. Green took the certifying examination offered by the American Board of Preventive Medicine (Occupational Medicine) and was initially certified in 1998 and re-certified in 2008. He has served as medical director of occupational medicine at healthcare facilities in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Joplin, Missouri. Dr. Green is the founder of Work Health Solutions serving nearby Tulsa, OK and eastern Oklahoma. He is committed to providing the employee the most appropriate care while providing quality service to the employer.  

Cherish Moye, L.P.N., Senior Clinical Nurse

Born in Michigan, Cherish moved to Oklahoma with her family in 1988 and graduated Claremore High School in 1993. She attended Tulsa Community College where she graduated from the nursing program in 2009 and received Associate's degrees in Applied Science & Liberal Arts. She joined Work Health Solutions in May of 2010. She is certified in Breath Alcohol Testing and Drug Screening. She lives in Tulsa, OK with her husband of 10 years and super spoiled dog. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and volunteer work.  

Dana Horvath, L.P.N.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Dana and her family moved from Benton, Arkansas to Oklahoma in 1997. She and her husband, Eric, have been married for 22 years and have four children ranging in ages from 10 years to 21 years. They live in Talala, Oklahoma on acreage with several horses. In her spare time, Dana enjoys photography and spending time with her family. Dana graduated with honors from Platt College in 2007 with a degree in nursing. She joined Work Health Solutions in 2010. Her position with Work Health Solutions is at the Whirlpool plant as their on-site company occupational health nurse.  

Casey Cleveland, Clinical Assistant

Born and raised in Catoosa, OK. Casey lives in Claremore with her 4-year-old son, Maddox. She graduated from Catoosa High School in 2004, later went on to achieve her Associate's degree at Rogers State University. She is registered for classes at RSU for the fall 2012 semester. She plans to attend the Nursing Program at RSU in the fall of 2013, and is a certified CNA. She joined Work Health Solutions in November of 2011, assisting with patient care and is our primary administrator for substance abuse testing. Her hobbies include horseback riding, 4-wheelers, and spending time with family.  

Chris Weisberg, EMT-I

Born and raised in the Tulsa area, Chris graduated from Owasso High School in 2002. He went on to attend and graduate from Tulsa Community College in 2005 with an Associate?s Degree in Science and Liberal Arts. Chris furthered his education in 2007 at Rogers State University receiving his EMT-Intermediate. He achieved his dream and became a Firefighter for the Tulsa Fire Department in 2008. Chris joined Work Health Solutions in 2009 as an on-site EMT at our Whirlpool location.  

Joe Emery, NREMT-Paramedic

Joe was born in Tulsa, OK, raised in Sperry, OK, and graduated from Sperry High School. He attended Tulsa Community College where he obtained an Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Technologies. He currently lives in Skiatook, OK, and is a volunteer fire fighter there. He works full-time for Okmulgee county EMS as a paramedic. He also is the owner/operator of Defy Gravity Inflatables. Joe came to join the Work Health Solutions staff in March of 2010 as a part-time medic and attendant for the Whirlpool Med Center location. When Joe isn't working one of his many jobs he enjoys spoiling his niece, that he is helping raise, or is out enjoying time on the water in his boat with friends, or relaxing at home with his adorable basset hound.  

Chris Brockett, EMT

Raised in Southeastern Oklahoma, Chris Brockett and his family moved to the Tulsa area from Indonesia in 2004. He and his wife, Katie, have been married for 14 years and have two boys ages 10 and 7 years old. Chris enjoys traveling abroad and has been to several countries throughout Southeast Asia. He joined the Tulsa Fire Department in 2006. Chris graduated with honors from University of North Texas in 1995 with a BS in Kinesiology as well as Teaching Certifications for Mathematics and Kinesiology. He met his wife while working on his Master's degree at Golden Gate Theological Seminary and they both graduated with a MA in Intercultural Studies in 1999. He became a Nationally Accredited Paramedic in 2009 (NREMT-P). He joined Work Health Solutions in 2010. His position with Work Health Solutions is at the Whirlpool plant as the onsite Emergency Medical Technician.  

Jeremy Agee, EMT

Jeremy was born in Azores Islands, Portugal. He graduated Kiefer high school 1994, attended North Eastern Oklahoma A&M in 1994 and Oklahoma State University in 1995. He joined US Navy in 1996, US Naval Firefighting School at Treasure Island DC "A" in San Francisco, CA. He has been NREMT for 12 years: Bixby Fire Dept 2000-2005, Tulsa Fire Dept 2005-current. He joined Work Health Solutions in 2009 as an on-site EMT at our Whirlpool location.
